Project Description
The Broad Institute sequenced the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum strain 1980 (ATCC 18683) genome at approximately 8X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They produced a Sclerotinia sclerotiorum 1980 draft genome assembly, which is undergoing automated annotation.
